Monthly Packages: Require monthly upfront payment.
Live-In: Same Caregiver stays for up to 3 months and then rotates*.
All booked Protea Care services include an Assessment & Care Plan.
Our caregivers are available to assist with clients who test positive for highly transmittable diseases, e.g. Covid-19, TB, etc. The caregiver will need to be equipped with full PPE clothing (at an additional cost).
NO ADMIN: We manage all the administration of scheduling, payments, communication. Also due to a team being in place, there is no risk if a staff member is sick or on leave. NO STATUTORY requirements to manage: Payment of DoL Workers compensation fees , SARS PAYE and UIF contributions taken care of by us. INSURANCE: Protea Care has Business Liability Insurance in place.
TRAINING: All caregivers are fully trained and competent in providing professional care to the required level.
